What OnBrand stores

Account basics: your email, your display name, your plan and your credit balance.

Brand profiles: everything in a brand kit. Name, handle, reference images, look and grade, palette, voice rules, rubric, eras, episodes and the taste verdicts you gave.

Generated media: images, carousels and video the engine produced for you, plus the prompts and scores attached to them.

Connected channel tokens: encrypted access and refresh tokens for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and webhooks you connected yourself.

Usage events: an audit trail of what the engine planned, generated, scored, scheduled and published, and the anonymous page and funnel events the site records.

Two ways to delete

In app. Open Settings. Delete brand removes one brand and every asset, post, verdict, era and channel token attached to it. Delete account removes the profile, every brand under it, and the login itself. Both run immediately and cannot be undone.

By email. Write to yes@rizzgroup.org from the address on the account and ask for erasure. We confirm it is you, then erase within 30 days, usually the same week. You do not need to give a reason.

If you connected through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove OnBrand from your Meta account settings. Meta then sends us a deletion request automatically and we handle it the same way, with a confirmation code you can check on this page.

What deletion removes

All brand data: kits, reference images, rubrics, eras, episodes, planned briefs, posts, captions and taste verdicts.

All generated assets in our storage, including anything still queued or scheduled.

All connected channel tokens. We revoke them with the platform first, then delete the encrypted copies, so nothing can publish afterwards.

Your waitlist entry and referral code, and the anonymous funnel events we can tie back to your session.

What may persist briefly

Billing records. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period Latvian and EU accounting law requires, currently five years. They hold the amount, the date and the tax details, not your content.

Backups. Encrypted database backups roll on a fixed schedule and are purged as they rotate, within 30 days. A deleted account never returns to the live system from a backup restore.

Suppression list. If you asked us to stop emailing you, we keep the email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again by accident. Nothing else is attached to it.

Aggregated statistics with no link to you: how often the engine hit its score threshold, how long a render took. These cannot be traced back to a person.
